GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Sweat and smile your way to a happier, healthier you! Whether you are looking for Yoga, Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Strength Training or Cardio Workout, our experienced certified Group Fitness instructors will provide you with a class suited for your fitness level

VI Fitness also offers a wide variety of registered programs including Pilates, Bootcamps, Kettlebell, TRX Suspension and Rip training and much more.

20-20-20
20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength, with 10 minutes of core and finish off with 10 minutes of stretch.
Ballet Barre
Increase strength and length by training like a ballerina trains! You think they are dainty and weak? Challenge yourself to this great class and see just how strong a ballerina must be. No Ballet training required.
Barre Fusion
Check out our twist on this amazing and fun way to get in shape! Barre is an awesome work out that integrates the toning elements of Ballet fused together with strength and cardio creating a unique and fun twist on a traditional work out! The toning power of Plies, the fun cardio of dance, throw in some pushups and planks and you have Barre Fitness. No tutu required unless of course you want to!
Belly Fit
Get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn cardio moves infused with the ancient and beautiful fundamentals of Belly Dance, Bollywood and African Dance. Enjoy sculpting, toning and tightening with Pilates inspired core work, a deep yet relaxing Yoga inspired stretch and mindful Mudra Meditation.
Better Butts and Awesome Abs
Check out this Intense strength training and core building class! Targeting your Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads and Core unleash your six pack and build that bootie! Who doesn’t want a better butt and some Awesome abs?
Butts and Guts
Get in and get it done. Back front and side abs and Butts. An intense 45mins with stretching at end.
Bike N Bootcamp
A variation of intensities for a whole body workout including cardio drills/ plyometrics, strength training and stretching. Increase your strength, lung capacity, tone and sculpt your muscles, come out and get your sweat on! All levels welcome.
Body Blitz
All level muscle conditioning class utilizing a variety of resistance training equipment and steps to build strength and endurance as you tone your whole body.
Boot Camp
A variation of intensities for a whole body workout including cardio drills/ plyometrics, strength training and stretching. Increase your strength, lung capacity, tone and sculpt your muscles, come out and get your sweat on! All levels welcome.
Butt Kick
An all-out assault! Work every muscle to the max with this full-on muscle burning work out! Let Wiseman help you reach your Max potential!

An exciting variety of styled classes utilizing all equipment from week to week. 30 plus minutes of cardio.

Our classic cardio class! Easy to follow choreography set to inspiring music for a workout that is challenging and fun! Fridays Cardio Grooves includes 10 minutes of choreographed drumming!
Cardio Pump
A great cardio workout followed by a challenging muscle conditioning segment.
Chisled
Lower weights/ high reps mixed with bits of cardio. Speed up your metabolism and get chiseled!
Cycle Express
This 45minute class will take you through interval training, hill climbs, mountain trails, speed drills and flats. All levels welcome!

Group Blast
Group Blast is 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. HAVE A BLAST!
Group Centergy
Group Centergy will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey. REDEFINE YOUR SELF.
Group Fight
Group Fight is a gripping hour that burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! FIGHT FOR IT!
Group Power
Group Power will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!
Group Ride
Group Ride is a huge calorie burner that builds great-looking legs! It’s a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training. RIDE ON!
Hatha Yoga
A set of physical exercises and sequences of asanas, designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. These postures are designed to open the many channels of the body so that energy can flow freely.
H.I.I.T
High-Intensity Interval Training is a unique, challenging, interval style training made up of short intense periods of strength and cardio followed by a less intense recovery period. This class uses a variety of equipment to get you a workout like no other.
iBurn
Sculpt, tone and burn to the level you desire. Burn calories wih interval drills, while gaining lean muscle and increasing strength by targeting every muscle group.
Interval Training
Get ready to start your day with this high energy, HIIT inspired circuit using a variety of equipment and body weight drills to challenge you and keep your metabolism burning all day. All levels are welcome.
Keep Moving (Low Impact)
An energizing low impact cardio workout followed by muscles conditioning and core exercises and a gentle stretch to relax muscles.
Kettlebell Kardio
This high energy class will improve both your strength and endurance. Learn how to swing, clean, press, snatch and move with the kettlebell. This unique tool is very effective at getting your heart pumping. We will be using a combination of kettlebell and body weight exercises to challenge body, burn fat and build muscle!
M.E.L.T.
This High Intensity conditioning workout taxes all 3 energy systems and acts like a fat-incinerator to ensure results that leave you fit and motivated for the demands of your life.
Muscle Hustle
Burn calories and get toned! A strength class using free weights, body bar, body weight and gliders to create muscle confusion. Working on the main muscle groups as well as accessory muscles, core and abs
Muscle Intervals
A strength class using free weights, the body bar and the 3lb sand filled ball to create muscle confusion. Working on the main muscle groups as well as the accessory muscles, core and abs.
Muscle Pump
This class encompasses all major muscle groups using bands, balls, free weights, etc. Be prepared to work hard!
Pilates Mat/Reformer*
This class combines the fundamentals of Pilates with depths of strength and stretching using a combination of mat and reformer techniques. Great for your core! (Beginner and advanced levels offered). *Registration required for this class *Additional class fees apply$$
Pilates Fusion
A combination of Pilates and yoga. This class is a fusion of yoga, Pilates and fitness conditioning that challenges strength and flexibility and concludes with relaxation.
Pound
Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! This class is designed for all fitness levels.
Rebounder
Interval Training A total body workout alternating cardio conditioning on the Rebounder with sculpting sets. Capri pants, a supportive top, and a light runner are recommended on the Rebounder.
R30 (Indoor Cycling)
R30 will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!
The Ride (Indoor cycling)
A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength workout. This interval based class combines full body stength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and imrpvoe your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
Rip and Ride
A boot camp inspired indoor cycling class. Interval training using the spin bike, weights and your own body. Get ripped while you ride!
Rise and Ride
Let your endorphins wake you up! Get your heart pumping, boost your metabolisim and get ready to challenge the day with this morning workout.
Ride and Pump
A cycling class to get your body up and running, followed by a weight training component guaranteed to tone and strengthen your body.
Ripped
This class is designed to enhance flexibility and improve body alignment and awareness. Combining stretching, core workout, breathing and relaxation to relax the mind and body.
Rock Bottom
This intense lower body and core workout will help define those abs and glutes to get those buns of steel you’ve been looking for.
Shockwave
This High Intensity conditioning workout taxes all 3 energy systems and acts like a fat-incinerator to ensure results that leave you fit and motivated for the demands of your life.
Silver Sneakers
This class for young ladies 55+ or those just starting out who are looking for something a little more their speed. A combination of strength, posture and balance to improve everyday function, with a little fun!
Step 101
Designed to provide a great step workout without having to learn any complex choreography. This class focuses on intensity and simplicity.

A fun and invigorating step class full of cardio

Choreographed step cardio with strength inspired moves added to create a complete workout.
Spintervals

Strengthen and Lengthen
This workout gives you everything you need and more! Toning, conditing and flexibility through 20-minute segments of cardio and strength using a variety of equipment and body weight.
Strictly Strength
Each week this class will be sure to bring variety to your strength routine. Incorporating minor cardio to get your heart rate up, but focusing strictly on strength. Utilizing a variety of equipment from the Bosu, stability balls, free weights, resistance bands to skipping ropes, gliders, body bars and more! This full body workout will be sure to leave your muscles burning!
Sweat
A class consisting of intervals or cardio (maybe step or hi/lo cardio) and resistance training. Simple basic intervals to challenge and increase your endurance and strength.
Tabata
If you are ready for an intense workout, this class is for you! Tabata uses 8 sets of 20 second exercises with 10 second breaks. The best part, Tabata has a great after-burn effect!
Total Body
Get motivated with this fun uplifting strength class. By using an assortment of strength training accessories, you are sure to sweat! From head to toe.

Tune Up (indoor cycling)
Join our indoor cycling class for the best cardio workout. Bring a towel, water and biking shoes or a hard sole runner.
Yoga Flow
This class is designed to create functional, toned and lean muscles, as well as increasing body awareness and balance. All levels are welcome for this hour long class!
Yoga Fit
Based on ancient yoga traditions it blends balance, strength, and flexibility in a fitness format.
Yoga -- Deep Stretch Yin Yoga
Release deep tissue tension through long holds and slow movement. Improve flexibility and increase circulation to the joints.
Yoga - Iyengar*
All levels welcome in this yoga class to increase flexibility and calm your body and mind. *This class has an additional fee associated with it.
Yoga - Vinyasa
A flowing, dynamic sequence of poses, this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.
Yogalates
Get your flow on while building strength in this awesome hour of Pilates Yoga and other strength elements! Check out our twist on a classic.
Yoga with Weights
This is a challenging full body workout that uses light dumbbells for upper body weight training exercises, while performing a series of yoga poses for the core and lower body. We will flow through some basic yoga postures while incorporating the dumbbells throughout the class. A really great version of yoga for those looking to stretch and strengthen their entire body.
Zumba
Take the WORK out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This one hour, high intensity, Latin infused class combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold Check out this awesome GOLD version of Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Zumba Toning
Time to move those hips, work that core and have a great time getting fit AND TONED with Zumba Toning combining Latin and international rhythms this is an energetic, exciting, and fun workout.
