My name is Jessica Erb and I am very excited to be working at VI Fitness as a Personal Trainer. My whole life I have been active; doing various different sports at all different levels. My main concentration is Water Skiing. I am currently ranked 2nd overall in Canada, 1st in Western Canada, and 1st in BC for Water Skiing. I have also competed for Canada at various prestigious international tournaments. Aside from competing, I have taken a new hand at coaching and am absolutely loving it!
My sport has taught me about hard work and dedication and has made me who I am today! Now I am happy to work with you to reach your own personal fitness goals with the same hard work and dedication!

I have just finished my third year of an Athletic and Exercise Therapy Degree at Camosun College and am set to start my fourth and final year in September 2009. I have a two year diploma in Exercise and Wellness and am certified by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology as a Personal Trainer. I am also a certified first responder.
I was an avid horseback rider my whole life until I went back to school. I love to run, cycle, be in the gym; basically, I love to sweat and I want to help you love to sweat too! I believe in being physically active to feel great and enjoy life! I have a lot of energy and combined with my education in anatomy and exercise physiology, have the ability to motivate you to reach your goals!

I am new to the Personal Training Profession but have many years of fitness training behind me. I have been training in Shotokan Karate for approximately 20 years and have reached my 2nd Degree Black Belt. I recently decided to get into the fitness field because I had my son in July 2007 and wanted to lose the baby weight. After joining the gym I saw that I wasn’t the only one with this goal. I feel that with my background I have the right tools to help you reach your fitness goals, keep you motivated and challenged.
My hobbies include horseback riding, hiking, strength training and playing with my son Dallen.

I started training in dance at the age of nine and became a professional dancer at sixteen. For many years I have performed in various disciplines in a variety of stage shows, TV and film work.
I began teaching dance in 1999 when I became an instructor and choreographer in ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip hop and belly dancing. I have also taught Strength, Stretch, Flexibility and Muscle Conditioning to dancers, skaters, hockey players and women of all ages.
Having the opportunity to travel with princess cruise line and perform abroad, I used my free time to expand my experience by becoming a Registered Pilates Instructor and also enrolling in an extensive Personal Fitness Trainer diploma program through NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology).
My goal is to create a very special, comfortable environment so my clients get a great workout, relieve stress, gain fulfillment, feel stimulated and have fun while doing it. My hope is to inspire people to better themselves, to enhance their self-image and self-confidence.

My goal is to put YOU back on your priority list. Like most of us, it’s likely you may have a self care problem- you do everything for everybody else and at the end of your overscheduled routines and obligations, there is no time left for you. It’s all about balance. You have to give yourself some priority- you owe it to your body, after all it has gotten you this far.
My name is Trish and I started incorporating fitness into my life in my early 40s. I can remember looking in the mirror and noticing changes starting to occur (and not the good kind of change)-likely from perimenopause. I was determined not to let it get the best of me- I wanted a healthy, strong, fit body to help me through the emotional, physiological and physical changes that occur
during perimenopause and menopause. So I started a regular fitness program, I hired a personal trainer and became keenly aware of what I was eating. My personal trainer was terrific, as I was just starting out I had no idea what exercises I needed to do, how to do them correctly, how many reps, sets etc. The more I started working out, I realized that finding a trainer specifically for my age was hard to find- so I decided to become a personal trainer specializing in women like me and now I want to share my success with you!
We will chat about your specific goals and expectation and then I will customize a workout program just for you. I can guarantee you will feel so much better about yourself and I promise to make it FUN!
