Aerobics Description
ALL LEVELS
*RIDE 101- A Level one cycle class for beginners includes proper bike set up and warm up with fun easy drills, cool down and stretch all in 45 mins. (sign up at front desk)
CARDIO BLAST A fun low impact workout with 45 minutes of movement followed by a 15 minute stretch. All levels can attend!
CARDIO PUMP A combination of low impact, Step and strength equipment. Get ready for the weekend!
CARDIO CRUNCH- A Vi fitness saturday morning tradition...40 min of extended low impact cardio w/ abs and a stretch.
CARDIO STEP BLAST/STEP & SCUPLT - A Moderate level of routines on the step for 30 min sculpting incl. using bodybars, weights, bands, then a nice well deserved stretch. Strength and cardio training. Our instructors are expertly trained and fully certified.
TRIPLE TRAINING-A 25-30 minute cardio class of short, simple low impact and step routines. Utilizing intervals with a strength component built in. A great complete class. Work at your own level.
BODY SHOP-A 45 min class utilizing bodybars, weights, bands and a nice, well-deserved stretch.
T.B.C.-Total Body Conditioning-Similar to Body Shop for 60 min.
BUTT AND ABS-A lower body training class at it's finest topped off with total core training all in 45 min.
YOGA 1-A beginners level of learning yoga poses safely and correctly. Bring extra clothing and a blanket.
MOVE IT & MOVE TI SURPRISE- A combination of the bike, step & body bars/ bands alternating each component making ths class fun & never boring! No choreography.
ABS BLAST- 30 min blast of abdonimal training.
