Jennifer Heppell

Growing up in a small northern BC town all we had was the outdoors and sports to keep us busy! I have always play sports throughout school and then after. The outdoors are also a big part of my life, rock climbing, hiking, trail running and many more are still a staple in my life. I took on the fitness industry in my early 20’s, teaching group exercise, personal training and management. I am BCRPA certified Group Fitness instructor, Group Power certified instructor and Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer. When I think about training a client it is always about them and what behind your why! We will work together to accomplish your goals step by step. Health and well being are the most important things we should focus on in life then our family, friends and work. Without your health you have nothing to balance on and keep the quality of your life experience great!

As a dedicated mother of two, a healthy lifestyle is very important to me.  After the birth of my first child I struggled, like most new moms, with the baby weight and trying to fit time into my new schedule to regain my ideal healthy image.  With the love and support of my family, I learned to balance both and along with welcoming a 2nd child, succeeded in becoming a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer.

I enjoy outdoor fitness, hiking and keeping up with the many health and fitness trends out there.  Always up for a challenge means I am actively participating in new courses and classes to see what works and how it can be adopted into the routines that I design.  At home, I am trying out new recipes to find healthier options without skimping on my guilty pleasures.

My passion is unwavering and the support I offer to my clients is strong.  Customized fitness plans, strong knowledge of food and healthy eating, positive encouragement and motivation…let’s work as a team to help you be your best you!

Nicole Finlayson

I have a passion for being active and living a balanced lifestyle. During my degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy at Camosun College I learned how I can share my knowledge and zeal of fitness with others through personal training.  On completion of my degree, I pursued my Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  I specialize in providing my clients with guidance and support to achieve their fitness goals and build fitness into their lifestyle. Specific areas of strength include: technique and form, safe execution of exercises and building strength and stability from a core foundation. If you want to successfully incorporate fitness into your life I am here to help you. Whether it is guidance starting an exercise routine, a boost over a fitness plateau, sport specific conditioning or return to activity training, I am here to make your session the best part of your day!

Mairi Pearson

I am a BCRPA certified personal trainer and group fitness leader. I was lucky to be taken under the wings of a long time fitness instructor who worked at two major recreation centers. I learned how to coach high and low impact aerobics and stretch and strength classes. I have participated in numerous workshops and taken part in healthy eating plans and I am quite knowledgeable in basic nutrition. I am aware of the positive effects diet and exercise has on my own physical well-being. I have an appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve.

Caroline Curtis-Street

I have had a couple careers under my belt from being a successful RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) for over ten years, a business owner and now a registered personal trainer.  I was also a top athlete participating in triathlons and a top ranked competitive swimmer. I still continue to run and enjoy my weight training regime and want to empower women of all ages, especially middle aged to elderly women, by showing them that aging can be a wonderful, healthy and happy process.
