Aerobics Description
MILD
PURE ENERGY A low impact workout that is safe, effective, and fun. Includes 25 mins of easy cardio choreography plus a muscular endurance segment. Go at your own pace.
BUTT AND ABS 35 min of concentrated work on glutes and abs, and low back and a 5 min stretch.
CARDIO STRENGTH AND MOTION A beginner's class with fun choregraphy and a multi level strength component designed to tone, firm and burn calories.
STRENGTH IN MOTION A mulit-level class, low impact workout with muscle-specific exercises designed to improve muscular endurance and tone, as well as burn calories.
STEP AND SCULPT An exciting step and strength workout using body bars, and other accesories.
HATHA YOGA 1- Great classes designed to enhance flexibility, improve body alignment & awareness, and provide muscle relaxation therapy for the mind and body.
MODERATE
L2 A moderate level low impact workout with 25 mins of cardio and a short muscular component
S2 A moderate 25 min step workout, with more challenging choreography than a mild level class.
POWERSPORT/QUADS An exciting approach to cardiovascular training that incorporates sports related moves and drills.
**MOVE IT Combines non-stop cardio class utilizing the bike, step and body bars and bands, Suitable for the intermediate aerobic athlete. 60 mins.
BODY SHOP A muscle conditioning class for all levels using various resistance equipment and steps to build strength & endurance as you tone your whole body.
20/20/10 20 min cardio, 20 min body bar, 10 min stretching.
ADVANCED
STEP CHALLENGE- The class for more advanced steppers! 40 min extended cardio with more complex choreography. Finished off witha 10 min stretch.
CARDIO BLAST A high/low impact workout with 45min of cardio and fun choreography. Followed by a nice long stretch.
CARDIO CRUNCH 45 min of intensive low impact aerobic choreography, followed by a 10 min stretch.
TRIPLE TRAINING 35- 40 minutes of short simple step routines mixed with intervals of strength. The ultimate total body workout. Work at your own Level.
THE RIDE Our Fantastic spinning class! 1 Hour heart pumping workout where you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extra-ordinary instruction. **sign up at front desk ½ hour before class begins.
BODYWORKS 60 mins desgined to get & keep you fit! Bodyworks combines all the elements of a complete workout- Heart pounding simple cardio drills, dynamic strength and conditioning.
REAL INTERVAL TRAINING 10 min warm-up, into interval segments combining 50 min cardio/power/core for a complete w/o finished with a 10 minute stretch.
PBC Power Body Conditioning...45 min of alternating power cardio moves and body conditioning utilizing the body bar and free weights.
MAT PILATES: The health and fitness benefits of Pilates training are endless, but as a starting point, you will strengthen, tone, develop balance, improve posture, concentration, circulation, and prevent injury.
