Kale Robinson
While growing up in Southern Ontario I was extremely active in exercise and sports. As a competitive athlete in a variety of sports I experienced countless hours in multiple fitness and sports facilities, clinics and camps. My lifetime experience with coaches, trainers, conditioning specialists and peers has allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge that has helped me educate and improve the health and fitness level of others.
My approach to fitness is based on a holistic approach to exercise, diet and psychology. I enjoy working with post injury rehabilitation, beginners looking to get in shape, to the advanced athlete looking to improve their performance. I work to continuously educate myself by staying up to date on current research on exercise and nutrition and use training methods that are aimed to challenge the body and help my clients achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible.

From an early age I have been a strong advocate for healthy living on Vancouver Island, by keeping extremely active in exercise and sport, as well as coaching youth sports. I have competed in numerous sports at the elite level, including basketball, running, and volleyball which have given me better insight into athletic and sport specific training. I believe that through hard work and dedication any goal is within reach.
A training session with me involves an hour of exercises designed to meet your needs in the most safe and efficient manner. Those who accept that results are only achieved by working hard and being dedicated will succeed under my watch. I will always push you to your potential and help you to see what you can accomplish. After years of being pushed to my limits through sport, I know what it takes, which is reflected in every session. I practice efficient exercises, whether it be for weight loss, body building, or sport conditioning my workout designs will get you to where you want to be. Hate me during the session and love me after, but get the results YOU want. If you have a desire, envision a change and make that change your reality.

I’ve been involved in fitness my whole entire life, playing almost every sport you could. Eventually I found my calling in running. I have immense knowledge in cardiovascular training and can help you reach your weight loss goals. I have gone to school for the past 3 years in exercise sciences and other sport related courses in PISE, so I have the most up to date knowledge in physical activity. I have a passion for fitness and I want to implement it into everyone’s lives because I know how important a well put together program is for every individual. I enjoy working with people of all different back rounds, and past exercise experiences. I like to change things up as much as possible and keep my programs fun as well as hard. If you are willing to work hard I know we can reach your goals, what ever they are, together.

Growing up in Victoria, I have always been active by playing sports such as basketball, tennis and most recently volleyball. Besides playing sports, I have been training consistently for 20 years putting in the hard work that goes into a well rounded fitness program. My passion to help others reach their fitness goals and their mental/physical potential has driven me to be involved in the fitness industry.
I enjoy working with clients of various ages and with different fitness levels within the general population and recreational/weekend-warrior athletes. Whether it is achieving weight loss, improving strength and conditioning, being able to perform better functionally on day-to-day activities or enhancing sports specific training to enable you to make many game changing plays, I am here to assist you.
I like to challenge and motivate clients by introducing new exercises and programs to push them to their limit. As a personal trainer, I continually educate myself by researching the latest training techniques within the health and fitness industry. Let’s train together so I can help you make a game changing play on the sports field or change your game of life physically and emotionally.

I came from Ontario winning the Ontario Junior Rugby Championship and after playing for years on the Senior Rugby Team. I have been Personal Training for twelve years and have worked every aspect of the fitness industry including management, membership advisement, and group fitness. My training with the Olympic Committee was instrumental in shaping my programs today, which include specialization in weight loss, back injuries, sport specific training and advanced plyometrics.
I firmly believe that personal training is a combination of science and communication. Knowledge is only as powerful as the trainer’s ability to communicate it, which heavily involves listening to and understanding the clients’ needs. I have been involved in most aspects of fitness and continue to improve daily.

Sports and physical activity have been a big part of my life since I was a kid growing up in Vancouver. I have played on many different teams and been very successful in rugby playing at both the provincial and national levels. This experience has allowed me to expand my training knowledge especially with sport specific and strength training.
I believe that true results, no matter what your goal is, come from hard work and motivation. By introducing you to new exercises, sharing my fitness knowledge and pushing you to your limit every session, you will accomplish your goals and see great results.

Throughout my life I have been interested and involved in all kinds of physical activity and exercise. I have too much energy to stay in one place; I am always on the go. MY main passion, which is what got me started, was hip-hop dance. I have taught and performed on many occasions in throughout my life. More recently, I have become more of a runner. So far I have participated in an 8km race in October and a 10km race in November, with plans of participating in a half marathon in the summer. Some of my other active interests are snowboarding, rugby, swimming and a variety of other sports, you name and I have done it.
A typical training session with me involves a variety of activities and exercises that are best suited to you as an individual. I try my best to make sure that everything that we do relates to your fitness goals and needs. I realize that different people need different types of training and intensity. I want you to feel comfortable but I also want to challenge you so that you can learn what you are capable of and reach your full potential. My job is not to train but to motivate.
After the completion of my Undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Western State College of Colorado, I pursued my education in the field and became a certified Health and Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. I have worked in the industry as an alpine ski coach, personal trainer, bootcamp instructor, anatomy lab instructor and fitness column writer. My education has prepared me for the demands of the field with intensive background in exercise prescription, exercise physiology, human anatomy, biomechanics, sports psychology, sports nutrition and continues to grow as I work to complete my Masters in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health promotion at the University of Victoria. My education, work and personal experiences have prepared me to work with a wide variety of clientele from those just starting out at the gym to the seasoned member who is just looking to shake things up a bit. Whatever your needs may be weight-loss, building muscle, sport specific conditioning; I can create a program as individualistic as you are.Kara Delaney
