Aerobics Description

Interval Bounce- A total body workout alternating cardiovascular conditioning on the Rebounder and sculpting exercises with dumbbells.

Bounce and Bands- This class combines 30 min. of cardiovascular exercises on the Rebounder & muscle building exercises using handled rubber tubes and foot bands.

Latin Jam- This high energy, low impact Latin flavoured workout combines classic aerobics with the excitement of Latin dance.

Low Impact- An energizing low impact floor aerobics class followed by sculpt and toning exercises

Drill Fit- A multi-level interval training class utilizing different equipment and movement variety. Guaranteed to improve cardio, strength and agility!

Triple Threat- A challenging dynamic workout combining 20 minutes of intense cardio, 20 minutes strength training and 20 minutes of Core and stretch.

Cardio Blast- a full cardio low impact mixed choreography for 45 mins with a standing stretch

Supersculpt- supplement cardiovascular conditioning with toning exercises designed to streamline and define. Focus is on technique and safety using various equipment such as light weights, bands and the body bar!

Strength and stretch-Similar to supersculpt just adding 15 minutes of stretching

Ball Blast- Challenge your balance and strengthen your core with this innovative stability ball class. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Fitness Fusion- Fitness fusion is a bland of yoga, Pilates and fitness strength exercises which are body weight load only. Utilizing Zen Type instrumental music, the focus is on breath, flexibility and mindfulness.

Simply Step- Designed to provide a great Step Workout without having to learn dizzying dance moves. Focus is on intensity and simplicity.

Step Challenge- The ultimate challenge for experienced Steppers offering the latest in Step Choreography, Mambos, Pivots and endless variation!

Step Challenge Plus Core- Step challenge with an extended Core conditioning component.

Kick –Butt- This Bootcamp inspired kick boxing class includes athletic drills and agility training to whip you into tip top shape.

Yoga 1- Exercise for all fitness levels that integrate the mind, body and spirit.

Studio Cycle- 1st come first serve basis. This instructor lead class uses specialized stationary ikes, follows an all-terrain format.

Circque Cycle-Combining a bike ride with circuit training makes a complete workout! Cardio+ strength= Fit Body
