As of May.3rd 2011, VI Fitness now offers an outdoor fitness program! Based on a 4 week 3 x per week course, that will take your fitness to a whole new level. With class times that work with most schedules and outdoor venues convenient all VI fitness clubs.
Vi Fitness outdoor boot camp was designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve their fitness goals. Get into great shape, reduce your stress level, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence and create new Boot camp friendships!
Each class is instructed by a Certified personal trainer who will motivate you in a positive way to do your best while challenging you to reach new fitness goals!

Q: Is this a competitive program?
A: No your only competition is against yourself. The first session you are led through a personal fitness evaluation where you mark your own fitness level starting point. A reassessment will be done on the last class to show your progression since beginning the program.
Q: I am not that fit and/or I have been away from a consistent exercise routine for a long time and am just starting out. Is VI Fitness Bootcamp right for me?
A: YES! All fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced can participate and will achieve amazing results in VIFBC. All you need is a positive attitude!
Q: I consider myself fit/very fit, will I be challenged enough? Will VI Fitness Bootcamp be too easy for me?
A: We have competitive athletes to marathoners, Tri-Athletes and others that participate in a wide range of sports and activities on a competitive level. ALL fitness levels can benefit and get SERIOUS RESULTS! No one is ever too FIT to benefit from our cutting edge style of training.
