VI Fitness now offers an outdoor fitness program! Based on a 4 week 3 x per week course, that will take your fitness to a whole new level. With class times that work with most schedules and outdoor venues convenient all VI fitness clubs.
Vi Fitness outdoor boot camp was designed to help people of all fitness levels achieve their fitness goals. Get into great shape, reduce your stress level, lose weight, increase energy, build confidence and create new Boot camp friendships!
Each class is instructed by a Certified personal trainer who will motivate you in a positive way to do your best while challenging you to reach new fitness goals!
