Jen Rudy

• Degree in Sport, Health, & Physical Education

 After the completion of her BCRPA certifications Jennifer wanted to continue to enrich her fitness education and enrolled in the Sport, Health, & Physical Education program at Vancouver Island University.  Her education has allowed her to study intensive classes in Physiology, Human Anatomy, Nutrition, Dynamics of Motor Skills, Biomechanics, Fitness & Conditioning and many others. She has worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer as well as a group fitness leader, fitness consultant, and lifestyle coach.  Her experience as a personal trainer has allowed her to work with clients from all walks of life including the visually impaired, recovering cancer patients, and elite athletes.

Andrea Biener

Andrea has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years! A fitness enthusiast as well as a personal trainer/leader, she is living her passion. A competitive spirit, she competed in the Melbourne and Victorian State Physique Titles in Melbourne Australia. She recently qualified to run the Boston Marathon and will do so in April, 2011.
As well as being a Personal Trainer, she is a Toastmaster. She is available for Health and Fitness Presentations. Andrea is always updating her qualifications to bring her clients the most up to date and safe training methods.  After years of experience of inspiring her clients to make positive changes to their lifestyle and maintaining them, she is looking forward to having the opportunity to train you too!

Fitness has always been an important part of Rolanda’s life. Rolanda made the jump to making fitness a “way” of life in 2003, and ever since has embarked on a busy and passionate quest for the knowledge and certification to become a versatile trainer, fitness leader and enthusiast. Rolanda personally has excelled in rowing, running, and most recently hockey. Along with Rolanda’s fitness ventures she also enjoys being a mom to a very busy teenager! Life is not about being imprisoned by your responsibilities, a healthy but attainable lifestyle leads to a feeling of wellness and unlimited freedom to enjoy it!

Quenton Olstead

Quenton is a new  trainer and very eager to start working with clients of all fitness levels and ages. He has been recently certified from BCRPA and enjoys working with people he never has before - as a learning experience as well as a professional experience. As a trainer, he is very big on core strength and muscular endurance (as well as having fun while learning). Quenton is also personally interested in weight training, hockey, basketball and football.  Help him, help you, achieve any goals you may have both physically and mentally!

Jeff Liboiron is one of the most professional, friendliest and outgoing trainers in the industry.  He has trained clients of all ages and abilities while at the same time providing them with personalized programs that allow them to achieve their potential.  Jeff realizes that fitness is not just about the physical component, and that there is a large physiological component to it as well such as mindset, fear of not obtaining desired results, and acquiring self discipline.  His coaching techniques will motivate you to physically and psychologically achieve your fitness goals.  Jeff constantly trains and strives to be the top in his field so he can give his clients the best coaching possible.
