Aerobics Description
Circuit- circuits and more circuits! Each week using different equipment, body weight, cardio drills and more!
Cardio Bootcamp- A creative class using mostly body weigh movements and drills. Great for heart health, muscle toning, coordination and balance. Plus burn a tone of calories!
20/20/20- 20 mins of cardio, 20 mins of muscle toning, 20 mins of core and stretch. Perfectly balanced!
Defining step – A basic moves class focusing on shaping the lower half. Using step and floor routines to tone and define the legs and buns. Lots of rep and holds for that extra burn!
Total Body- Pump it up is an exciting hour of intense exercises to wake up those muscles. This excitning class will change each week using many different styles of training.
Turbo Step- A class full of basic step moves and patterns, designed to burn calories and tone muscles. Bring lots of water and be prepared to sweat!
Maxed out- An all out muscle and cardio assault! Using concepts of training designed to maximize the post-caloric burn.
Latin Fusion- A high energy, great cardio workout guaranteed to lift your mood and have you dancing up a storm.
Spin Classes (1-3)
Early Morning Spin- Get the morning started right! 45 min. of spinning, followed by 15 min. of core work and stretching.
Spin Plus- 45 min. of spinning followed by 15 min. of core work and stretching.
Begin to Spin- is a class for all of you who have always wanted to try spin but scared you won't survive! This class is designed to teach you the basics of spin.
**Spin Classes-limit 10 people; sign up early. Bring a towel and water bottle!
