Aerobics Description

Hi Energy (1-3)- Lots and lots of cardio to get you sweating.  Come out and try this classic aerobic fitness class.  Full of fun moves to burn those calories! [60 min.]

New Body (1-2)- A back to basics class guaranteed to have you sweating.  Focusing on proper form and muscle training technique to help strengthen your body.  A class designed to improve your daily lifestyle. [60 min.]

B.Y.O.B. (1-3)- Bring Your Own Body! An interval style class filled with lots of body weight exercises, anaerobic drills, strength and power.  This class is sure to wake you up and get your day going. [60 min.]

Strictly Toning (1-3)- Using the techniques of weight room training but in a group fitness setting.  Develop overall muscle conditioning, strength and endurance.  Re-define and shape your body with this workout! [60 min.]

Hi/Low Cardio Groove (1-3)- This class will have you sweating up a storm moving and grooving.  A dance inspired class but designed so everyone can get an excellent workout. [60 min.]

Muscle Madness (1-3)- Focusing on strength training and toning from head to toe.  A perfect workout to keep you strong and defined. [60 min.]

Total Body (1-3)- This is an "anything goes" class.  Each week you will be challenged with a different style of training.  The styles include circuit training, aerobics, intervals, jab/kickboxing and step.  An all around amazing workout for all levels. [60 min.]

Circuit Sensation (2-3)- A cross-training workout, combining power step or floor moves, anaerobic sprints, and total body muscle conditioning.  Often taught in intervals or stations. [60 min.]

Super Sweat- Feel no guilt lounging on a Sunday after this class.  An intense, complete workout that will leave you dripping. [60 min.]

Step Camp (2-3)- An easy to follow, challenging cross-training workout.  Combines step moves and total body conditioning. [60 min.]

Core Conditioning (1-3)- A class designed to strengthen all those core muscles.  Building strength from the inside out. [60 min.]

Booty Camp (2-3)- Bootcamp style drills, reps and sets, using the step as a lower body sculpting tool. [60 min.]

Complete Cardio (2-3)- Focusing primarily on cardio with high energy, intense step combos and aerobic bursts. [60 min.]

Upper Cut (2-3)- A fun filled hour geared to challenge you with intense intervals of aerobic and anaerobic boxing drills.  A very intense upper body workout targeting muscles you never knew you had! [60 min.]

Yoga (1-3)- A Vinyasa/Hatha based class, combining stretching, core work, breath work and relaxation.  Classic yoga poses will be updated and modified.  Please dress in layers. [60 min.]

Stretch and Release- A yoga based class focusing on relaxation, meditation and deep muscle stretch. [60 min.]

Spin Classes (1-3)

Good Morning Spin- Get the morning started right! 45 min. of spinning, followed by 15 min. of core work and stretching.

Spin Plus- 45 min. of spinning followed by 15 min. of core work and stretching.

Spin Interval Training- Combining your spin workout with high energy intervals of strength training, aerobic and anaerobic training.

**Spin Classes-limit 10 people; sign up early.  Bring a towel and water bottle!
