Aerobics Description

Spin Classes- A group exercise class on studio "spin" bikes.  An incredible multi-leveled cardio workout finishing with 15 min of core & stretch - be prepared to sweat!

**Spin Classes- limit 9 people, so sign up early! Bring a towel and a water bottle.

Begin to Spin- offering more instruction on technique and more water breaks.

Rise & Spin- a 45 min spin class to start your day. Follow by a 30 min core conditioning class to complete your workout.

Spin & Sculpt - combining your spin workout with interval strength training. 30/30- 30 min of spin and 30 min of toning.

25/25/25- 25 min of spinning, 25 min of toning, 25 min of core & stretch.
