Andrea has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years! A fitness enthusiast as well as a personal trainer/leader, she is living her passion. A competitive spirit, she competed in the Melbourne and Victorian State Physique Titles in Melbourne Australia. She recently qualified to run the Boston Marathon and will do so in April, 2011.
As well as being a Personal Trainer, she is a Toastmaster. She is available for Health and Fitness Presentations. Andrea is always updating her qualifications to bring her clients the most up to date and safe training methods. After years of experience of inspiring her clients to make positive changes to their lifestyle and maintaining them, she is looking forward to having the opportunity to train you too!

Fitness has always been an important part of Rolanda’s life. Rolanda made the jump to making fitness a “way” of life in 2003, and ever since has embarked on a busy and passionate quest for the knowledge and certification to become a versatile trainer, fitness leader and enthusiast. Rolanda personally has excelled in rowing, running, and most recently hockey. Along with Rolanda’s fitness ventures she also enjoys being a mom to a very busy teenager! Life is not about being imprisoned by your responsibilities, a healthy but attainable lifestyle leads to a feeling of wellness and unlimited freedom to enjoy it!
