Andrea has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She’s a fitness enthusiast, as well as a personal trainer/leader, she is living her passion. A competitive spirit, she competed in the Melbourne and Victorian State Physique Titles in Melbourne, Australia. She also ran the Boston Marathon in 2011 & regularly competes in VI Fun Runs.
In addition to being a trainer, she is also a Toastmaster, and is available for Heath & Fitness presentations. Andrea is always updating her qualifications to bring her clients the safest and most up to date training methods.
After years of experience inspiring her clients to make positive changes to their lifestyle and maintaining them, she is looking forward to having the opportunity to train you too!
Jen has always been an active person, whether she’s training in the gym, or utilizing the outdoors. Jen has a blue belt in Kung Fu and has experience teaching martial arts herself. Jen is a mother of 3, and prides herself on being a healthy example for her children. She also just recently completed Tough Mudder!
Jen is currently studying Applied Nutrition at Alive Academy and has completed the Natural Health Fundamentals course.
Jen believes in functional fitness. She considers health and wellness to be a lifestyle, and can help you set and reach your goals by creating a realistic balance between fitness and nutrition!
