Andrea has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She’s a fitness enthusiast, as well as a personal trainer/leader, she is living her passion. A competitive spirit, she competed in the Melbourne and Victorian State Physique Titles in Melbourne, Australia. She also ran the Boston Marathon in 2011 & regularly competes in VI Fun Runs.
In addition to being a trainer, she is also a Toastmaster, and is available for Heath & Fitness presentations. Andrea is always updating her qualifications to bring her clients the safest and most up to date training methods.
After years of experience inspiring her clients to make positive changes to their lifestyle and maintaining them, she is looking forward to having the opportunity to train you too!

Andrew started his health and fitness journey at a young age playing competitive sports. He found yoga 10 years ago which assisted him in making the connection between mind, body and soul.
