Aerobics Description
All classes are 1 hour unless specified.
All classes are intended for able participants. Anyone with any health conditions or concerns should contact their doctor be-fore attending classes. All regular classes are 60 minutes long, unless specified, and are included in your membership. Please enjoy!
12:05 EXPRESS CLASSES: We want you attending! If you’re on your lunch break, we understand if you’re late. Please be prepared and warmed up if you are late to these classes.
60 minutes of low choreography heart pumping cardio. Class type & intensity depends on the instructor. Currently we are incorporating dance, spin, stretch, & kickbox.
•PURE ENERGY EXPRESS: Like Pure Energy, but express! Still, guaranteed to make you smile & sweat
•SPIN & STRETCH EXPRESS: Come to spin at 12:05; come to stretch at 12: 40 or stay for the full hour! Spin hard for 25 minutes &/or relax for 30 minutes with a calming, meditative stretch.
•CARDIOBOX: No experience necessary! Combine cardio & kick/boxing, strength & self defense and you get one kickass workout!
ABT: Train & obtain Amazing abs, a Beautiful butt, and Toned thighs. What a combo!
AFRO-SAMBA: Traditional samba movements, concentrating on hip and torso control and fluidity of afro-Brazilian dance. Loosen up and tone up Brazilian style with some new saucy moves to add to ZUMBA! Wear a big smile, a positive attitude, a good sense of humour and a desire to have fun to Afro-Brazilian rhythms!
DANCE IT OFF: A dance-style class for all ages, geared for weight loss, featuring a little latin, hip hop, and retro aerobic moves from the 80’s. Join in and let the music move you…
INSTRUCTORS CHOICE: The instructor may vary & so will the class! Ranging from all over body sculpting, cardio, & dance. Us-ing a variety of equipment: bands, weights, bars, yoga balls, bosu’s, step or just the weight of your own body.
JAZZ DANCE & CORE WORK: No experience necessary to enjoy learning Jazz Dance! This class focuses on improving your bal-ance & coordination while strengthening your core.
KICKBOXING: No experience necessary. This self defensive workout will train your muscles and your mind with jabs, cross’ and sidekicks. It is a true boxing class with 2 minute rounds. Challenge your skills and come let it all out! Bring hand wraps if you have ‘em, though no equipment is necessary.
PURE ENERGY: Glide, slide, shake, shimmy and groove your way through this cardio class guaranteed to make you sweat. The name says it all!
PUMP THE STEP: Basic step combos, while integrating strength work while using a variety of equipment. All levels welcome
STRETCH: A mild, safe and extremely effective stretch class to help relax the mind and those amazingly hard working muscles
SUPER SET: A high/low cardio & strength workout where anything goes. Up beat and loads of fun!
UB Sculpt Express: This 30 minute UPPER BODY sculpt class will tone those jiggles and shakes away; leave you feeling stronger and fitter than you have ever felt before.
YOGA’S & PILATES FUSION CLASSES: These mind/body classes will offer exercises with an emphasis on core stability, breath, and alignment. The Fusion class will add a lively mix of mat pilates with yoga. Hatha yoga is the calmest of all yoga’s.
ZUMBA: This latin infused dance class will burn tons of calories and make you sweat. You will shimmy, shake, and pump your chest in this fun, one hour class where you will work hard and smile your way through. You’ll experience Bollywood, Belly Dance, Meringue, Salsa, Reggaeton, and more!!!!! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
