Aerobics Description
All classes are 1 hour with the exception of the X-press fit classes (45 mins)
Dance It off- A low Impact dance-style class, geared for weight loss, featuring a little Latin, hip hop and retro aerobics moves from the 80's. Let the music move you.
Cardio Kick box- A great class using boxing moves with patterns to music. Specific boxing techniques are taught throughout the class. This is an intense class with some impact. All levels welcome.
Valley Cardio x-Press- 45 mins of intense, no choreography heat pumping interval training to get your body in shape.
Mixed Bag- Intense aerobic workout where anything goes, each class is different but always a great workout. Up beat and loads of fun.
Transform-HER- This all over body sculpting workout will get you seeing results. Use of weights, bars, and steps.
Armed and Dangerous- Sculpt your way to a beautiful upper body using a variety of equipment. This class also includes exercises to tone your core.
Step it Up- 55 mins of intermediate step workout with fun moving choreography to get that heart pumping. Followed by a 5 minute stretch/cool down.
Triple Training- A hour long class using simple, low impact cardio and step routines. Utilizing intervals with a strength component built in. A great complete class. Work at your own level.
Pure Energy- Low impact workout that is safe, effective, and fun. Includes 25 mins easy cardio choreography plus a muscle endurance segment.
PBC Power Body Conditioning- An hour of alternating power cardio moves and body conditioning utilizing the body bar and free weights.
Restorative Stretch- This is a gentle, safe and effective postural stretch for those tight muscles.
Body Shop- A muscle conditioning class for all levels using various resistance equipment and steps to build strength and endurance as you tone all over.
Ride 101- A beginner level cycle class that teaches proper bike set, warm up, and fun easy drills, a cool down, and stretch.
Widdle the Middle- Get rid of that spare tire and strengthen your core in this specific class. Expect to use a variety of equipment to challenge your core .
