Aerobics Description
Ride- Reduce stress and feel energized with an invigorating spin class. You control your own intensity, great for all fitness levels
Yolates- strength and flexibility are focused on in this one hour refreshing class It will challenge your strength an d help with posture. Great for all fitness levels.
Spin and stretch- Half an hour of spinning and another half an hour of stretching. Good for beginners to get used to spin classes, along with some great stretch moves to sure those aching muscles
Zumba Gold- A one hour Latin infused cardio class that will leave you smiling. This class is low impact and great for anyone new to fitness, with or recovering from injuries or the older active adult. Also a great place to learn basic Latin movements. You will experience rhythms such as Flamenco, Tango, Merengue and more! No dance experience needed!
Zumba- A one hour high intensity Latin infused fitness class that will leave your booty shaking and chest pumping! This class is a great addition to any exercise regime as it is a high calorie burner and works your body differently than any other fitness class. Rhythm styles include: Meregue, Cumbia, reggaeton,Salsa, Cha Cha, Belly Dancing, Bollywood and more! No Dance experience necessary!
Extreme ABT- A great class to firm and shape the booty and get a wash board tummy! Focus is on the hamstrings, glutes and of course the abs. Come feel the burn!
Flex & Firm-This class encompasses all the major muscle groups using bands, ball ad free weights. Be prepared to work hard
Step it up- Cardio conditioning class using the step. This class is designed to be user friendly for all levels of fitness.
Bootcamp- The name says it all! One hour of intense movements to challenge you and leave you wanting more. Get ready to work hard and sweat!
Biker Body- Sweat pumping iron in this one hour grueling workout. 40 minute spin with 20 minutes of muscles strengthening. Just how tough are you?
